At PM Enterprises, we specialize in many products, but primarily work with K-Karb X (carbon-carbon) Material, Teflon Encapsulated O-Rings,Tungsten Wire, Fluorokleen Roll Covers and Sanitary Gaskets. - The K-Karb X (carbon-carbon) Material is primarily used in the Glass Bottle and Container Industry but can be used for many high heat and durability applications. We supply K-Karb X to some of the most successful Glass Container Manufacturers worldwide. Some examples of applications for K-Karb X is it's use in GOB Distributors, Stacker Pads, Dead Plate Clips, etc.
-Our Tungsten Wire is catered for a few different applications including filaments for lighting, probe pins, electrodes, high-temperature furnace parts, etc. Tungsten has the highest melting point of any metals and we have the purest Tungsten available. We offer the Tungsten in a variety of diameters, materials and finishing methods. Upon request we can get you additional information.
- Our Fluorokleen Roll Covers ,Teflon Heat Shrinkable FEP Roll Covers are often used in the Calendering Service, Textiles, NON-Woven Specialty Papers, Coated Paper and Fabrics, Packaging, Photographic, Food, etc. The Fluorokleen Roll Covers are used due to their ability to eliminate roller build-up and picking. The Roll Covers not only are one of the best anti-stick and release surfaces, there is virtually zero moisture retention, has excellent Chemical Resistance, etc.
- We offer Sanitary Gaskets to the Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, BioTech, and other fluid process markets such as Distilleries and Dairies. The Sanitary Gaskets are constructed with Tuf-Steel® (PTFE/Stainless Steel),Tuf-Flex®, PTFE, Silicone (Platinum), FKM Fluoroelastomer, EPDM and Buna-N. These are available in metal detectable and X-Ray-able material in both Gaskets and O-Rings.
- We provide Teflon Encapsulated O-Rings, Gaskets and Camlocks for Pharmaceuticals, Pumps and Valves, Filtration, etc. These O-Rings, Gaskets and Camlocks are most suitable for demanding applications where a Perfluoroelastomer is recommended however production mandates finding a more cost effective solution. The Teflon Encapsulated products allow for high heat resistance as well as excellent chemical resistance. The encapsulation gives you the benefit of high wear-ability but also flexibility where a pure Teflon product would not have.
